How do they celebrate the New Year? Prayer and fellowship?
Valentine’s Day? Have They ever been in love?
Birthdate? Into Astrology?
What’s a special day to be celebrated with a friend?
You can create a flashback or write a scene that happens on that special day.
Let the reader know how another character celebrates the same holidays. This is also a great way to pay homage to a special time, place and event.
Make sure your characters have memorable dates to acknowledge throughout the story. This really pulls the reader in!
